1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period for withdrawal is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done, for example, by letter or by e-mail.

You can use the provided sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this agreement, we shall repay you all payments that we have received from you, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which notice of your revocation was received by us.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

You will not be charged any fees for this refund under any circumstances.

3. Commencement of performance before expiry of the cancellation period

If the participant expressly wishes for UniFash GmbH to commence the training before the statutory cancellation period expires, this must be confirmed separately.

With the start of the activation, the following digital services, in particular, can be provided:

• Access to the learning platform
• Access to digital course modules
• Videos, PDFs and learning materials
• Tasks and additional tasks
• digital course structures
• Cloud access and upload options
• Communication and Support Services
• Technical setup and course activation
• Organisational processing and participant management
• Briefing and onboarding into the course structure and systems

4. Services already rendered and compensatory remuneration

Already unlocked course modules, course months, learning materials, videos, assignments, supplementary assignments, cloud access, as well as digital support and communication services are considered provided digital services.

If the activation or use of such services takes place before the expiry of the statutory cancellation period at the express request of the customer, UniFash GmbH may demand compensation for the services already provided or used in the event of a later cancellation, in accordance with § 357a of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The compensation can be calculated on the basis of course months or course modules that have already been unlocked, among other things.

This includes, in particular:

• Technical provision of subscriber access
• Unlocking the course environment
• Organisational processing
• Participant Management
• Setting up cloud and platform access
• Induction and onboarding into the digital systems and course structures

These services are deemed to have been rendered upon provision and may be taken into account as part of the statutory compensation in the event of a withdrawal or early termination of the contract.

5. Extinguishment of the right of withdrawal for digital services

With digital content and digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if:

• the participant expressly agrees that UniFash shall commence performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
• the participant confirms that they are aware that by giving this consent, they may lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
